Stefan Lloyd is a seasoned investment professional and entrepreneur with a global career spanning over two decades in hedge funds, venture capital, international trade, and financial technology. Known for his disciplined, results-driven approach shaped by his service in the Swedish Marine Corps, Stefan brings a unique blend of military precision, academic excellence, and investment acumen.
He co-founded and scaled a $700 million long/short equity hedge fund ranked in the top 5% globally by Bloomberg for risk-adjusted returns, and later built advanced algorithmic trading systems utilizing machine learning. Stefan has held leadership roles, including CFO of a multi-subsidiary holding company and Managing Partner at a family-office focused merchant bank. He has advised on ventures in fintech, telecom, and AI, and executed equity offerings and global expansion strategies.
Stefan holds a BSc and MSc in Financial Economics from the University of Gothenburg - completed with top academic honors - and has published four peer-reviewed papers on algorithmic finance.
